What are your response times?

Concierge is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for urgent matters. VIP introduction requests are handled within less than 48 hours. Financial matters are addressed in weekday meetings with a structured reply within 48 hours.

Are you regulated and compliant with the Swiss FADP?

Yes. Alphora is registered in Switzerland and operates in compliance with FINMA standards and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). All client interactions and data are protected with the strictest confidentiality.

Can you accompany me with relocation to Switzerland?
